Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child into Yew Chung International School of Shanghai (YCIS Shanghai). The following items must be received by the school before an application can be processed. Documents can be submitted in person or by fax, email, or mail.

1. YCIS Shanghai Student Application Form (completed in full, signed and dated)
2. Photocopies of school academic reports/records and any other relevant documentation for the most recent two years. (For Year 1 applicants and below, please include any school reports/records, if available). These reports/records must be in either English or Chinese, translated if needed by an authorized agency.
3. Application Fee (non-refundable) of RMB2,000 yuan
   
   • Cash (in RMB only); or
   • Electronic/bank transfer
   
   Note: Credit card and personal cheques cannot be accepted.
4. Three passport-sized photos for each child with the passport name of the child neatly printed on the back of each photo.
5. Photocopies of the passport and visa page of both the child and the parents.
