Please submit the following items to Admissions online, in person, by email, or by mail, in order to initiate the application process. The official date of application will be counted as the date that Admissions has received at least the application form and the application fee confirmation.
- YCIS Shanghai Application Form (online version preferred, with option to upload additional documents).
- School Reports/Records in English for the most recent two years (translated if needed), including current year if available, and/or any other relevant documents or teacher letters (photocopies by email preferred)
- Application Fee (non-refundable) of RMB 2,000 yuan
- Cash (in RMB only); or
- Credit/bank card payment (in person only; bank service charge will be added); or
- Electronic/bank transfer (details in Fee Schedule); please email the payment confirmation/remittance slip to Admissions.
Note: Personal cheques are not accepted.
- One Passport-sized Photo for each child (JPEG electronic version preferred).
- Identification Documents (photocopies) of both the child and the
parent(s)/guardian- Foreign Passport holders:
