Waylon Lu, Class of 2015, Century Park Campus
I am from the United States, and I started attending YCIS in Year 2. Since I started at YCIS in Primary, I have truly experienced most of my education at YCIS, and I feel that I have grown up during my time at the school. My greatest achievement was completing the IB programme. IB was definitely a challenging programme and I’m proud of myself for what I accomplished.

Joanne Au, Class of 2015, Gubei Campus
I’m from Hong Kong and I have attended YCIS for seven years. During my time at the school, I always felt that everyone was welcoming, like a family, and I especially appreciated that the people and the community were there for me. I also loved my music classes, which I think were the best classes ever.

Naomi Schanen, Class of 2015, Century Park Campus
I have studied at YCIS for 13 years, and I’m from Japan and Luxemburg. I started at YCIS in Kindergarten (K4), so I’ve been at the school nearly my whole life. It’s definitely been a great adventure for me as I’ve learnt so much and met so many amazing people. I think the school has been a great atmosphere for me to grow up in because it’s such a close community. I am really going to miss YCIS.

Rachel Kim, Class of 2015, Gubei Campus
I’m from South Korea, and I have attended YCIS for more than five years. When I first came to YCIS, I wasn’t fluent in English yet because I previously attended Korean school. YCIS helped me not only to achieve fluency in English and Chinese, but also to develop my love for music, which is a universal language.

Charles Champanhet, Class of 2015, Century Park Campus
My name is Charles Champanhet. I am from France, and I studied at YCIS for four years. I was able to experience the unity that YCIS offers, as well as the family-like feel that was wonderful in so many different aspects, especially in terms of relationships with my teachers and friends.
