We Chat with YCIS Shanghai’s Class of 2020: Michael and She Min
In this series of videos, we will introduce some of our students from YCIS Shanghai’s Class of 2020, who will discuss their different experiences at the school.
This week, we hear from Michael and Shu Min, who have both been at YCIS Shanghai for 14 years and will be now continuing their studies at universities abroad. During his International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) studies at YCIS Shanghai, Puxi, Michael developed a strong interest in business, that he further nurtured with the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme. He is now going to be studying Management Science at University College London (UCL), United Kingdom. Shu Min has been at YCIS Shanghai, Pudong since kindergarten, and in 2018 received two Top in China Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards for Global Perspectives and Physical Education. She is now moving to the United Arab Emirates, where she will attend New York University Abu Dhabi (NYU) to continue her studies.
