Continuing an annual tradition at YCIS Shanghai, all new students and their families of both Puxi and Pudong campuses were warmly invited to the recent YCIS New Families Welcome Barbecues.

There was fun for everyone: delicious food, activities, a raffle for prizes, and a water game to help children cool off and beat the heat! This event is held annually as an opportunity for new families to connect with others and to get to know YCIS Co-Principals and their academic teams. Beginning each year with welcome activities, including the Barbecue, Parent Welcome Teas and orientation sessions, is one way YCIS comes together to build the school community.
