From the Author: I used freehand brush strokes to depict the roses in the light and shadow. Light serves as a link between visible sensibility and invisible rationality. The forest canopy emerges, while the symbolism of flowers emerges subtly. Each stroke conveys the essence of abundance and emptiness within the objects portrayed. In the presence and absence, through movement and stillness, the world communicates and undergoes transformative shifts.
