    Top Mark in the World for YCIS IGCSE Student

    • YCIS Shanghai Pudong Century Park Campus Co-Principals are very proud to announce that for the third consecutive year, a YCIS Shanghai student has achieved the "Highest mark in the World for Cambridge IGCSE Foreign Language Chinese Mandarin."In 2010, student Erica Zhang received this award, and in 2011, Ha Yeon Park also achieved this award. This year, Andrew Cheong is the third consecutive recipient of this prestigious award. Andrew speaks English as his first language, and joined the school just two years ago. He is a committed and dedicated student who demonstrates a great interest in learning Chinese and Chinese culture. When asked about Andrew's success, Co-Principal Mary Yu said, “We are very proud of Andrew for his achievement, and of our Chinese department for their efforts that consistently earn outstanding results.”
