Effective communication is always essential for success as teachers. On November 3, YCIS Shanghai’s Century Park Campus welcomed 13 Chinese teachers from New York University Shanghai, who attended six Chinese lessons to learn how the teachers at YCIS use technology and new pedagogies in Chinese classes. Later, the teachers exchanged ideas on the common questions that occur in daily teaching.

The NYU Shanghai visitors described this visit as a valuable experience and said they were all impressed by the campus’ teaching philosophy and style.

The teaching staff from Century Park Campus enjoyed hosting this professional development session and look forward to collaborating more in the future.
