As the new school year begins, we are thrilled to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our students in the 2025 Cambridge IGCSE examinations, with approximately half of all courses taken by YCIS students being awarded A*-A and three quarters achieving A*-B, continuing YCIS Shanghai's proud tradition of academic excellence. 

Students also achieved phenomenal results across a full range of academic disciplines.  

All students who took the International Mathematics exam in Year 10 impressively achieved A*-A grades after only one year of study. These students will now go on to study the IGCSE Additional Mathematics course in Year 11, meaning that these bright mathematicians will complete two qualifications in Mathematics.
