On 4 March, the YCIS Shanghai Puxi campus had the pleasure of hosting the admissions team from Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU), one of South Korea’s most prestigious universities. Organized by the Careers and University Guidance Office (CUGO), the event provided parents with valuable insights into the university’s academic strengths, innovative programs, and admission processes. 

During the session, the SKKU representatives highlighted the university’s long history, strong academic reputation, and impressive rankings in fields such as computer science, business, and medicine. They also introduced cutting-edge programs in semiconductor engineering and digital technology, emphasizing the university’s commitment to preparing students for future industries. 

Parents had the opportunity to learn about the unique student support system at SKKU, including personalized academic planning, interdisciplinary study options, and career development programs. The university’s strong connections with top global companies, particularly in South Korea’s tech industry, were also a key highlight.
