    • It has been a truly wonderful beginning to what will be another fantastic, fun-filled year at YCIS Puxi! It’s been an absolute delight to welcome new and returning students and their families to our campuses and into the YCIS community. With this year being the 25th anniversary of the school’s opening in Shanghai, it’s set to be an extremely exciting year!

Our new Co-Principal team, Mr Don Collins and Ms Isabel Xu, greeted families at Ronghua, Hongqiao, and Gubei campuses with special Welcome Tea events where families could meet the Vice Principals, Campus Leadership Teams, Year Leaders, and Parent Organisation of Puxi (POP) representatives, who shared helpful tips on school life at YCIS Puxi. It was a wonderful opportunity to get to know one another and build upon the community spirit for which we’re known.

Our Puxi campuses were still busy over the summer as a number of renovation and beautification projects took place across the campuses.

At Hongqiao Campus, renovation work in the B Building was completed, with the implementation of stunning new Learning Community spaces on the first and second floor. Work is continuing on the Hongqiao Campus A Building, as we gear up for the tremendous Learning Community building opening next year.

Gubei Campus has seen the development of a new ‘Maker Space’ area in the B Building and as well as a new, large drama space which will transform our students’ experience in drama and the performing arts.

We are delighted to have all of our students back and look forward to another great school year at YCIS Shanghai!
